Boys Behind the Blog: January

New Year, new round of Boys Behind the Blog!

All of the movie-related questions coming up make me really want to watch some new movies this weekend…Netflix it is given our ‘no spend’ month is still in action! Any good recommendations?!

Here’s what Husband has to say this month…

What was your favorite movie of 2013?

Hands down, Gravity. It was phenomenal, especially in 3D. I also saw and enjoyed Iron Man 3, The Wolverine, and Star Trek on 3D IMAX, but none matched Gravity. Wife wanted to see We’re The Millers and it was very funny, but not my favorite.

What is your all time favorite movie quote?

Well probably the most memorable quote comes from Mandy Patinkin’s character in the Princess Bride, “Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya you killed my Father….prepare to die!”

But my favorite of all time has to be from Spaceballs when Rick Moranis’ antagonist, Dark Helmet, says to Bill Pullman’s protagonist, “So Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb,” or

Any line from Mystery Science Theater 3000.

What is your favorite type of movie? (Action, scary, comedy, etc)?

These days my favorite type of movies are actual good quality movies. I’m usually up for any type of movie, but the problem today is so many movies come out of Hollywood are not even worth watching, or are built up to be amazing and end up being a disappointment. All I need is a good plot and good characters and I am all set.

What is your New Year’s Resolution?

To read one book a month.

Finish the sentence: This year I will…

get out of career purgatory.

productivity for working moms

welcome!

I'm Jessica!

I used to glorify "busy." If I wasn't busy, I wasn't doing enough. But when I became a mama, my entire outlook shifted.

The only way out involved a complete overhaul of my time, money & communication systems.

Today, I'm doing LESS and achieving more.

It's a productivity dream!

I'm still learning (and always will be!), but my purpose here is to help YOU achieve this level of space in your life too.
