Husband is not one to take a bribe, but when it involves sushi, all bets are off.
I took advantage of this on Sunday this past weekend when I decided I NEEDED the answers to his questions right away. I didn’t want to think about it over the week and follow up each day, so I emailed him at 5:37pm…
“If you send me the answers to these questions before 6:30pm, we can go for sushi.”
He came bolting up the stairs and I just knew he was so excited at the chance to eat sushi for dinner. He was just playing with the dogs, of course. I told him he had to check his email immediately and…
I had the answers to this month’s questions in my inbox at 5:55pm.
We left for sushi shortly thereafter. YUM!
So here’s what Husband had to say this month…
If you could live anywhere, where would you live?
Out west, somewhere with mountains, forests, cool cities. Seattle? Denver? Boise? I have taken both the “which city should you live in” and “which state should you live in” online quizzes and got “Portland” and “Oregon” as my answers.
Sand or snow?
It depends. Depends on where the sand is…..it also depends on where the snow is. Sand on a beach in Hawaii is much better than sand in 29 Palms California. Snow on a ski-slope in Utah is much better than snow in a field in Illinois. Sand also gets everywhere and is a pain to get rid of, while snow melts. So…..its a toss-up.
What Winter Olympic sport would you rock at?
Bobsled. Team sport, and its sledding. I spent my entire childhood sledding in Michigan.
You’re cooking a romantic dinner- what is your go-to dish?
Surf and Turf……..Filet Mignon cooked rare with a sweet rub, grilled with a slice of bacon wrapped around it, and Crab Legs, boiled with sweet and smokey spices, with some melted butter and all crab shell cutting tools necessary.
Fill in the blank: This year, I gave (your wife/girlfriend/fiance’s name) a ____________________ for Valentine’s Day?
