This Coaching Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and Vision to Action Operations, LLC dba Home Sweet Work Life (“Coach” or “Company” and together with Client, the “Parties”, and each a “Party”). By purchasing coaching services through the Coach’s online cart system, You agree to be bound by this Agreement, which shall commence and be enforceable with respect to You upon the date You purchase the services (the “Effective Date”). The Parties agree as follows:
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
The Company’s Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as they may be amended from time to time, are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Except as modified by this Agreement, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall apply fully to You. In the event of a conflict between any of those policies and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.
Client-Coach Relationship
An effective coaching relationship requires mutual understanding and respect between the Coach and the Client. The Parties therefore agree to abide by the following foundational principles of the coaching relationship, including but not limited to:
Definition of Coaching. Coaching is an interactive relationship between Parties. Coach is not a counselor, therapist, mentor, consultant, teacher, or authority figure. Coach may recommend or require a referral to an appropriately licensed professional when circumstances fall outside the scope of coaching. Client understands that coaching is intended to facilitate personal and professional development and is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other licensed professional advice or services.
Role of the Parties. Coach’s role is to facilitate discovery through thoughtful questions, active listening, and reflective observations. Your role is to engage openly, honestly, and thoughtfully in the coaching process. You agree to be open to coaching for the purpose of reflection, growth, exploration, and taking purposeful action.
Recommendations. Coach may, with Your permission, share observations, resources, or perspectives. You remain solely responsible for determining whether and how to apply any observations, resources, perspectives, or recommendations shared during the coaching relationship.
Personal Responsibility. You acknowledge that You are the expert in Your own life. Coach’s role is to facilitate discovery rather than provide answers or make decisions on Your behalf. You understand that meaningful progress depends on Your willingness to reflect, complete any self-directed actions You choose, and apply insights following the session. You understand that coaching outcomes depend upon many factors, including Your commitment, values, decisions, actions, personal circumstances, and factors beyond the knowledge or control of Coach. Accordingly, Coach cannot guarantee any specific outcome or result.
No Guarantees. You agree that the Coach has not made any guarantees pertaining to the results of taking any action, whether officially agreed during the session or not.
Coaching Challenges. You understand that effective coaching may involve honest feedback, challenging assumptions, exploring uncomfortable topics, and examining limiting beliefs in support of Your stated goals.
Values & Faith. Coach will honor Your values, beliefs, and goals throughout the coaching relationship. At Your request or with Your consent, coaching may incorporate faith-based reflection and Biblical principles.
Voluntary Participation. Participation in coaching is voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or discontinue coaching at any time, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Coaching Session
Coach shall provide a total of one (1) coaching session that will last 60 minutes. Unless otherwise agreed, the coaching session will be conducted virtually via Zoom or similar.
This coaching session must occur within a period of six (6) months from the date of this Agreement, or it will be forfeited without refund.
Individual hourly coaching sessions may be offered for purchase in a bundle of multiple sessions. Unless otherwise noted, bundled sessions are individually subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Fees
In consideration of the provision of the Services by the Coach, Client shall pay a single payment of $150, which is due and payable immediately. Payment to Coach of such fees shall constitute payment in full for the performance of the Services. The coaching sessions will begin after the payment is made.
The fee for a one (1) hour coaching session includes scheduling communications and brief administrative correspondence only.
Coupons & Other Discounts
From time to time, the Coach may choose to bundle coaching with courses, offer coupons, run special promotions, or otherwise put its coaching services on sale. If You purchase a coaching session with a course, use a coupon, or take advantage of a promotion or other sale, You agree to pay the fees set forth during the checkout process at the time of Your purchase. All other elements of these Terms & Conditions shall apply to such purchases without change.
No Refunds
All sales are final, and the Coach does not offer any refunds for unused sessions or money-back guarantees. Failure to schedule a session within the required timeframe does not entitle Client to a refund. You recognize and agree that You shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
Scheduling
Coach and Client will agree to a mutually agreeable time for the coaching session after purchase. Coach’s current session availability is provided for visibility in advance of purchase (the “Calendar”). It is Client’s sole responsibility to ensure that an acceptable date and time exists on Calendar prior to making a purchase. Coach makes no guarantees as to the availability of any open dates or times beyond what is reflected on the Calendar at the time of scheduling.
The Calendar will be provided again immediately after purchase on the confirmation page and via a link in the purchase confirmation email, which is sent within 15 minutes of purchase. Client shall be responsible for selecting a date and time from the Calendar immediately following the purchase of a one (1) hour coaching session and providing a valid order number. Once a date and time have been selected, Client must sign an Agreement in the booking portal, which restates these Terms & Conditions in plain language. Coach will confirm the date and time once a valid order has been confirmed and Coach has countersigned the coaching session Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified or agreed in writing, a one (1) hour coaching session must be scheduled within two (2) weeks of purchase.
If a bundle of hourly coaching sessions is purchased, only the first session must be scheduled within these terms. Coach and Client will agree to a mutually agreeable time for each subsequent coaching session at the end of the prior session.
Once a coaching session is scheduled, You may not cancel or reschedule that session unless You do so at least 24 hours before it is scheduled to begin. Coach reserves the right to treat any session that Client misses or attempts to reschedule less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to begin as having been used by Client.
For any questions related to scheduling, contact Coach before purchasing.
Confidentiality
The Coach shall treat the relationship with Client, as well as all information shared by the Client, as confidential. Coach shall not disclose the existence of the relationship or any information shared during the coaching session without the Client’s written consent. This means that the Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.
Client should be aware that a coach-client relationship does not give rise to privilege or any other legally protected confidentiality. That means that Coach could be ordered by a court to disclose information related to the relationship. Coach will notify Client of any legal request that would implicate Client’s information prior to disclosing it but may not be able to oppose disclosing the information.
Confidential Information does not include information: (a) known to Coach prior to Client disclosing it; (b) that is generally known to the public or in the industry; (c) obtained by Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; or (d) that is or was developed independently by Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information.
Recording & Release of Information
For Credentialing. The Coach is engaged in professional development and continuing education to pursue a coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation (“ICF”). As part of the credentialing process, the ICF may require verification of coaching experience. Client agrees that Coach may maintain and, if requested, provide Client’s name, contact information, and coaching session date(s) to the ICF or its authorized credentialing representatives solely for credential verification purposes. No coaching notes, goals, recordings, transcripts, or details regarding the substance of any coaching session will be shared without Client’s separate written consent, unless otherwise required by law.
For Professional & Personal Development. Client understands and agrees that the coaching session may be audio- or video-recorded and/or transcribed, for the purpose of the Coach’s professional development, mentoring, and pursuit of coaching credentials. Client may opt out of this recording at any time without affecting the coaching relationship.
Any recordings or transcripts will be treated as Confidential Information under this Agreement and will only be shared with individuals who are subject to confidentiality obligations substantially equivalent to those contained herein, including authorized ICF performance assessors, mentor coaches, coaching supervisors, or credentialing representatives.
Client may use the session recordings or transcripts for personal reflection, learning, and development. Client may not reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, or otherwise share any recording or transcript without the prior written consent of Coach.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Coach retains ownership of any recording made by Coach and grants Client a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Ownership Of All Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, worksheets, templates, playbooks, frameworks, presentations, recordings, downloads, and other resources provided by Coach remain the exclusive intellectual property of Coach unless otherwise stated in writing.
Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Client may complete, customize, and retain copies of worksheets and templates for personal use, provided the underlying materials are not redistributed or commercially exploited.
Client may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Coach’s materials without Coach’s prior written consent. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of Coach’s intellectual property to Client.
Use of Public Comments And Praise
To preserve the Client’s confidence, the Coach will not publicly post anything about Client’s session or coaching experience on social media or otherwise without the Client’s express written permission.
To the extent Client chooses to make any public disclosures about the coaching experience, whether through social media or other media, the Coach may reshare that information. This will include the right to reshare the Client’s comments, praise, or other disclosure on social media and other online platforms. In other words, if You choose to say anything about the coaching experience publicly, the Coach has the right to use those public comments to market and promote the Coach’s business. Coach will never fabricate or falsely attribute statements to Client.
This will include any necessary licenses to the copyright in Your post and the right to use Your name, image, or likeness (to the extent they are attached to Your post) to promote the Coach’s business.

Severability. If any term or provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
